Job description
A company is looking for a Senior Federal Work Comp Claims Adjuster.
Key Responsibilities
Manage claims by analyzing exposure and determining appropriate resolutions
Communicate with various parties involved in the claims process to ensure effective resolution
Provide exceptional customer service to claimants while adhering to clients' and corporate policies
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma
Minimum of 5 years of related claims experience
Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
Computer experience with related claims and business software
Experience in Federal DBA and Longshore claims
