Partners Personnel is now hiring an experienced Machine Operator for a leading client facility in Milpitas.

Pay Rate : $20-$21 / hour

Schedule : Mon-Fri, 7 : 30am-4 : 00pm & 2 : 00pm-10 : 30pm

Responsibilities of the Machine Operator :

• Machine operation : Set up, operate, and monitor machinery to ensure it runs efficiently and produces items according to specifications.
• Quality control : Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and to ensure they meet customer requirements
• Maintenance and adjustments : Make minor adjustments to machine settings and perform regular maintenance and cleaning to keep machines in good working order.
• Production and record-keeping : Maintain production rates, minimize waste, and complete necessary documentation and reports.
• Safety and compliance : Follow all safety regulations, use protective equipment, and ensure a safe working environment.
• Material handling : Load and unload materials, which may involve lifting and moving items repetitively.
• Troubleshooting : Identify and resolve machine malfunctions as needed.
