Job Description :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Production Planning Assistant to join our team. A Production Planner Assistant's job involves supporting production planners by managing production schedules, coordinating activities, and assisting with various planning tasks to ensure efficient production processes. This role often includes tasks like preparing production requirements, assisting with material requirements, and communicating with other departments to coordinate activities.

Skills and Qualifications :

Key Responsibilities and Duties :

Supporting Production Planning :

Assist in the development and maintenance of production schedules, ensuring they are accurate and up to date.

Coordination and Communication :

Collaborate with other departments, shipping & receiving, Production Supervisors, and operations, to facilitate seamless production processes.

Material Management :

Assist with material requirements planning, ensuring that necessary materials are available at the right time and in the right quantity. Printing bags, entering, updating, and maintaining print folders. Preparing bags and I- sheets for Production Floor.

Data Analysis :

Assist in collecting and analyzing production data to identify areas for improvement and optimizing processes.

Problem-Solving :

Assist in identifying and resolving production issues, such as bottlenecks or delays.

Other Duties :

Perform other tasks as assigned to support the production planning team, Supervisors and Production floor.
