The Team
The Client Success team is responsible for business development, ongoing client implementations, and relationship management. We build strong relationships with clients from implementation through the entire partnership and collaborate across all internal teams.

Responsibilities
- Drive and deliver a gold‑standard end‑to‑end client experience : own overall success of your client portfolio, focus on retention, cross‑sell growth, tool adoption, and exceptional client satisfaction metrics.
- Client renewal : own renewal and growth conversations strategically to maximize revenue and satisfaction.
- Be a trusted partner and strategic advisor : deepen knowledge of client organizations, stakeholders, and priorities; act as an expert and key asset in decision‑making.
- Be a trusted advocate : develop and implement strategies to build loyal promoters.
- Uncover insights for product optimization and innovation : actively seek drivers of client satisfaction and share learnings.
- Champion continuous improvement : lead change with a positive, adaptable attitude and sense of urgency.
- Contribute to growing and scaling the Client Success team, and partner with management to emphasize initiatives throughout the team.
- Mentor team members.
- Collaborate with other Larkin departments on initiatives that impact multiple business functions.
Qualifications
A four‑year college degree or professional certification in a related field (or equivalent education and experience).Minimum 3 years of leave‑of‑absence administration or a related field where federal and state leave laws are applied.Minimum 5 years in a client‑facing role with a proven track record as a strategic partner and trusted advisor.Ability to travel 25% of the time (required).Skills
