We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our Impact Window and Door division.
Your Role :
- Recruit , train , and lead a team of window and door sales reps
- Coach in the field and support reps during in-home presentations
- Drive consistent “ one-call close” results
- Motivate your team to hit and exceed sales goals
- Ensure a smooth customer experience from first contact to installation
