As a full-time Victra Retail Sales Consultant, you'll have the chance to control your career in one of our retail stores. Using your unique talents, passion for technology, and customer service skills, you will have the power to create the ultimate in-store experience.
Responsibilities include :
- Be assigned to a unit of stores consisting of 2-5 stores within a district where you will be regularly scheduled.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
- Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues.
- Be a passionate guest advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it!
- Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service to deliver what our customers need.
- Create personal connections with guests to make tech look simple.
- Foster a competitive drive and ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Assist with merchandising and operational functions.

Our sales consultants make an average of $24.50 per hour nationally, with the opportunity to earn more through uncapped commissions. The estimated maximum annual earning is $58,000 based on a 35-hour workweek. Pay includes a base rate of $11.73 / hour with uncapped commission potential. Paid training and a guaranteed ramp-up rate are provided during the first 60 days.
Additional Benefits :
Employees accrue paid time off each pay period : at least 40 hours per year during the first year, and 80 hours annually thereafter. Paid sick leave is available as per state law where applicable.
