Job descriptionBachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (preferred). 35 years of QA / testing experience. Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools. Familiarity with automated testing (Selenium, TestComplete, Postman). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Overview
Sonis client is looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst to ensure the quality and stability of their software applications. This role works closely with developers and business analysts to create and execute test plans, identify and track defects, and support ongoing improvements to applications and processes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts.
- Lead testing phases including functional, regression, SIT, and UAT.
- Document and track defects using standard tools.
- Collaborate with teams to translate requirements into testable scenarios.
- Contribute to automated testing frameworks and scripts.
- Provide recommendations to improve software quality and processes.
- Support training and documentation efforts.
