• 5+ years complex litigation experience - environmental / class action / MDL experience is a plus
• Extensive experience requesting and reviewing medical records
• Prior experience with client profile sheets
• Exceptional follow through and attention to detail
• A very stable work history and excellent references
• Solid document management / database experience
• The ability to work with a high level of autonomy
• Out of the box customer service skills
• A high degree of personal and professional integrity
