Overview

Clinical Program Director

The Director will be overseeing the clinical services of a residential treatment facility catering to adolescents aged 11 to 17.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee clinical services for a residential treatment facility serving adolescents aged 11 to 17.
  • Coordinate on-site clinical operations with occasional evening or weekend hours for family meetings, emergencies, or audits.
  • Participate in on-call clinical rotation as required.

Benefits

  • Salary range : $82k to $117k per annum
  • Schedule is primarily on-site with occasional extended hours for family meetings, emergencies, or audits
  • 401k and benefits and PTO

    • Qualifications

  • Doctorate degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field
  • Master's in psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field required
  • Current and active clinical licensure (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist) in the state of Virginia
  • Minimum 7 years of experience providing clinical services, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Experience with Joint Commission accreditation and Department of Behavioral Health regulations. Certification or training in trauma-focused CBT, DBT, or other adolescent treatment modalities.
  • Experience with family therapy and system-based approaches.
