Responsibilities :
- Assist the Sourcing Manager with procurement tasks and administrative duties.
- Process purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any discrepancies.
- Maintain and organize purchasing records and documentation.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any shortages or reordering needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support purchasing functions and streamline workflows.
- Research and source suppliers to ensure the best quality and pricing.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all purchasing activities.
- Address inquiries related to purchasing and provide support to stakeholders as needed.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement roles.
- Proficiency in managing purchase orders and vendor communications.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate records.
- Familiarity with procurement processes and inventory management.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with vendors and internal teams.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of purchasing systems and software is a plus.
