Associate Director, Business Systems and Transformation - Sap Ariba and Business Network

RTX has an opening for an Associate Director, Business Systems and Transformation position. We are seeking an experienced leader with experience transforming and modernizing organizations. Supply chain, SAP Ariba and SAP Business Network experience is desired. You will lead the business team in the design, configuration, and implementation of an enterprise-grade procurement and supplier management system for a major defense organization. The ideal candidate will lead the business team while partnering closely with the Digital Technology team, ensuring that SAP Ariba solutions align with corporate procurement strategy, compliance mandates, and mission-critical supply chain needs.

Qualifications you must have include a minimum of 12+ years' experience leading IT or Supply Chain teams and a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related field or equivalent combination of related work experience and schooling in lieu of degree. Strong understanding of procurement, sourcing, supplier management, and contract lifecycle processes is required. Experience with Ariba integration to SAP ERP (S / 4HANA or ECC) or similar is required.

Preferred qualifications include experience with Defense Contract Management and FAR / DFARS compliance frameworks. Background in large-scale digital transformation or ERP modernization projects. Advanced knowledge of supply chain compliance and regulatory needs in the aerospace and defense industry. Experience working in defense, aerospace, or other regulated industries.

Work Location : Remote. This position is currently designated as remote. However, the successful candidate will be required to work from one of the 50 U.S. states (excluding U.S. Territories). Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.

The salary range for this role is 147,000 USD - 295,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and / or the company's performance. This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
