Utah Licensed Corporate Controller

A company is looking for a VP, Corporate Controller.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the accounting team, ensuring collaboration and quality of work

Coordinate with external auditors to meet deadlines and complete audits

Oversee the month-end close process and ensure accuracy of GAAP financial statements

Required Qualifications

CPA license

Experience in SaaS businesses, including private equity-backed companies

IPO readiness experience

Big 4 accounting firm experience

Ability to present reconciliations between GAAP and non-GAAP reporting
