CPA Licensed Controller

A company is looking for a Controller to lead global finance operations and ensure financial accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee accounting, billing / collections, and payroll teams across multiple regions for timely financial operations

Manage consolidated financial reporting under US GAAP and maintain strong internal controls

Direct preparation of financial statements, audit schedules, and collaborate with external auditors

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or Master's preferred)

CPA designation with deep familiarity with US GAAP

7+ years of progressive finance / accounting experience, including 3+ years in a senior finance leadership role

Proven experience in international operations, including multi-country payroll and statutory reporting

SaaS industry experience with revenue recognition under ASC 606
