What we need : Our ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, analytical, and self-motivated professional who thrives in structured environments, values process and accuracy, and takes pride in delivering predictable, high-quality results. The Project Manager must be able to work independently while remaining an integral part of a collaborative team , ensuring project success through clear documentation, risk management, and disciplined follow-through.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate submittals (product data, shop drawings, engineering) with sales, vendors, and customers.
• Conduct site visits for field measurements and on-site coordination.
• Oversee submittal approvals before material release and manage material purchasing and deliveries.
• Schedule and coordinate internal teams and external labor partners for turnkey projects.
• Track project timelines, material lead times, and manpower availability to optimize scheduling.
• Manage change orders between field teams, customers, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure timely resolution of punchlist items and completion of project closeout documentation.
• Quality Control on installations and deliverables to customers
• Support invoicing efforts to ensure prompt billing upon project milestones or completion.
• Assist sales staff with estimating and project scoping during the pre-sale phase.
• Ensure compliance with company safety protocols across all active job sites.
• Travel : 20-30% (local job sites, throughout Virginia)
• Other duties as assigned

Reports to : Director of Project Management and local Director of Sales

Status : Full-Time, onsite in Virginia Beach area

Job Class : Exempt
