Dwyer Services is looking for a motivated and personable Sales Representative to join our growing team! In this role, you’ll meet with homeowners to provide estimates and educate them on our top-quality HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services. If you enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and helping customers improve their homes, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities :

Conduct in-home consultations to evaluate customer needs

Present and explain service options clearly and confidently

Generate detailed estimates and close sales

Maintain strong follow-up with prospects and clients

Collaborate with the office and technician teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications :

Prior experience in sales (home services industry a plus)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Highly organized and self-motivated

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Professional appearance and positive attitude
