Transportation Services Representative

A company is looking for a Transportation Services Representative I.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate Non-Medical and Non-Emergency Medical Transportation services for members

Process trip requests and verify eligibility in a timely and accurate manner

Provide superior customer service while complying with regulatory and organizational requirements

Required Qualifications

Minimum of one year of call center or high-volume customer service experience

Experience with data entry and multi-system navigation

High School Diploma or GED required

Typing speed of at least 35 WPM with accuracy

Experience in transportation services or healthcare environments preferred
