Summary :

Yonex USA specializes in producing technologically advanced sports equipment to enable players, both amateur and professional, to play tennis, badminton, golf, snowboard, and pickleball at a higher level. The IT System Administrator provides technical support and maintenance for the organization’s IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues related to the organization's networks and systems.
• Apply technical knowledge to diagnose and solve problems.
• Partner with internal teams to identify, research, and address IT-related issues.
• Coordinate with systems and network administrators to explain issues and recommend system improvements.
• Arrange vendor support for defective software or hardware.
• Set up new hire equipment (laptops / desktops) and assign necessary licenses.
• Support technology requirements for distribution and supply chain operations.
• Manage procurement of IT hardware and software.
• Stay informed on current technology trends and innovations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
