Job Title : Field Service Manager

Location : Danbury Branch Office

Starting Pay : $23.00 per hour

Schedule : ThursdayMonday 6 : 00 PM2 : 00 AM

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable self-motivated Field Service Manager to join our Danbury Branch Office. The ideal candidate will support the District Manager oversee daily field operations guide on-site teams ensure service quality and maintain strong customer relationships. This role requires excellent communication leadership and organizational skills along with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field service operations within the Danbury Branch Office
• Provide leadership direction and support to field service staff
• Maintain accurate service documentation reports and records
• Assist with scheduling training and field troubleshooting as needed including responding to call-outs
• Manage payroll responsibilities.

Requirements

Education / Experience : High School Diploma or G.E.D. and 2 years of related experience or an an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job as determined by the company. Minimum 2 years of experience in retail preferred.
