Local restoration and reconstruction company is hiring for a Project Manager.
Project Managers schedule and supervise tradesmen to clean up and repair residential and commercial properties after traumatic events such as fire, flood and storms.
They spend substantial time in the field to ensure projects are completed quickly and correctly.
Project Managers will manage 8-15 projects ranging from $2,000 - $500,000+
Requirements :
- 5 years of construction management experience. Residential experience required, commercial experience is a plus.
- Ability to recruit, develop and lead teams of skilled tradesmen
- Track record of increasing responsibility, industry learning and continuing education
- Sound planning and organizational skills
- Excellent communications and presentation skills
Job Functions :
- Develop relationships with and supervise vendors and tradesmen
- Confirm budget and work orders before project start
- Meet operational objectives of Sales, Gross Margin, Brand Experience
- Weekly project review meetings
- Ensure compliance with construction standards and regulations
- Participate in community events
Compensation and Benefits :
- Base salary is $65,000 with the opportunity to reach $80,000 plus with bonuses, based on completed projects and margins
