Job Purpose : Provides guest service by performing a variety of transactions and exchange services to guestsJob Duties and Responsibilities : (Note : Duties and responsibilities may be added, deleted, or changed at the sole discretion of Sycuan Management at any time)Provides guest service by greeting external guests in a friendly and courteous manner, providing change, scanning and redeeming slot machine tickets in the denominations requested by the guest, furnishing guests with game and promotional information, instruction and assistance, performing cash, chip, coin, voucher, promotional, coupon, and check cashing and cash advance transactions.
Maintains bank supply and integrity by inspecting monies, identifying coins, bills, and chips for counterfeits, contacting Security and Gaming Commission when counterfeits are found, balancing window inventory, preparing drops and buys, and preparing machine ticket redemption, coupons, check cashing / cash advance and balancing reports.
Provides administrative support by paying slot jackpots, recording transactions mandated by Title 31 in logbook and computer, and performing other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
