Introduction
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our cross-functional team that addresses high-severity incidents across applications, infrastructure, and integration. The ideal candidate will proactively collaborate to identify root causes and implement permanent solutions, maintaining uptime, reducing business impact, and strengthening stakeholder trust. This role involves delivering services across Change, Incident, and Problem Management with contributions to IT Strategy, including automation, self-healing, and knowledge creation using AI / Gen-AI.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Applicants must be able to work directly for our company on W2
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree with 10 years of experience in the healthcare payer domain
- Strong understanding of Applications IT infrastructure, databases, and related technologies
- Experience with ITSM protocols, with knowledge of frameworks like ITIL being highly beneficial
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to lead and motivate diverse teams under pressure and make critical decisions
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose issues and develop effective solutions
- Ability to manage multiple incidents and tasks simultaneously
