One of American Family Insurance’s largest agencies is seeking a qualified Retention Marketing Specialist to join their winning team.

As a Retention Marketing Specialist , you'll play a pivotal role in nurturing customer relationships and ensuring long-term loyalty.

Your focus will be on reducing customer churn, mitigating lost revenue, and retaining existing customers.

Insurance experience is not required, we will train the right person with the right skill set. Selected candidate must obtain the CO Personal Lines Insurance License

Responsibilities include but not limited to :

  • Customer Communication :
  • Engage in effective communication with customers and support staff.
  • Collect feedback and manage expectations.
  • Cultivate positive relationships through sales, products, and services interactions.
  • Data Analysis and Strategy :
  • Collect and analyze data about customer service trends.
  • Record and respond to customer complaints promptly.
  • Develop innovative strategies to retain customers.
  • Key Metrics and Reporting :
  • Measure key performance metrics related to churn and retention efforts.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Campaign Development and Execution :
  • Collaborate with the agency team to create and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, print, etc.).
  • Develop compelling content, including blog posts, social media updates, and email newsletters.
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.

5. Brand Management :

  • Maintain consistent branding across all communication channels.
  • Ensure that marketing materials align with American Family Insurance’s brand guidelines.
  • Represent the agency professionally at community events and networking opportunities.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service, marketing, or related roles.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to obtain the CO Personal Lines Insurance License
