Cetera Financial Group is currently seeking Customer Insights Analyst, Strategic Business Insights (SBI), to uncover insights that elevate the experience of advisors, end clients, and employees. This role combines strategic project management with deep business analytics to embed insights into decision-making across the organization. This is a hybrid role, candidates must be located in either : El Segundo, CA | Dallas, TX | Des Moines, IA | St Cloud, MN.

What You Will Do :

• Responsible for delivering in-depth analysis and insights that identify opportunities that support Celera's goal of optimizing all aspects of the advisor and employee experience.
• Deliver on all aspects of NPS analyses and reporting including role based automated dashboards, driver analysis, text analytics, trend analysis, and opportunity assessments.
• Engage in activity to become subject matter expert on the customer and employee experience management tools and associated systems, which spans survey design / triggers, automating processes, and establishing closed loop system.
• Lead implementation and development for framework build outs for the VoC / VoT programs across various firm systems leveraging the customer experience management platform (e.g. Qualtrics) with support on vision from SBI team and related stakeholders.
• Partner closely with service and technology partners and play an active role in identifying data / process gaps and work with extended teams to find and implement viable solutions.

Compensation :

The base annual salary range for this role is $65,000 - $80,000, plus a competitive performance-based bonus. Base annual salary depends on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location. Base annual salary may also differ significantly due to geography and cost of labor considerations.
