HR Assistant
Responsibilities :
HR Assistant will provide support in ADP - uploading personnel files in ADP. Updating files (have paper documents) + running reports (our client will guide HR Assistant through process to run a report)HR Assistant will clean up files in SharePointHR Assistant will manage HR email inbox - responding to emails or forwarding to Director of HR as appropriate. Email inquiries are mainly related to follow up in ADP.HR Assistant will assist with filing (paper files to organize for upcoming audits) and administrative supportHR Assistant will complete ad hoc tasks and projects, as requestedRequirements :
1-2+ years of human resources expExperience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or HR software. (Our client utilizes ADP Workforce Now and Total Source. Previous experience with ADP is a strong plus, but not required if a candidate has used another HR software).Knowledgeable in MS Office Suite - Word, Outlook, Excel (reports to track from SharePoint - should have an understanding of formulas. Experience with macros is a plus but not required). Word, Outlook. (PowerPoint will not be used in this position)Personality Fit
