Overview
Baylor St Lukes Medical Group is in need of an additional Board Certified Physical Medicine & RehabilitationPhysician to join our inpatient PM&R service. The incoming physician would enjoy a Monday-Friday practice, with alternating weekend coverage as needed .

Patient Care :
Diagnose and treat various medical conditions.Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.Conduct thorough medical examinations and histories.Communication :

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.Document medical findings, diagnoses, and treatment plans.Ensure compliance with coding and billing regulations.Diagnostic Procedures :
Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as lab work and imaging.Perform procedures as neededCollaborate with specialists for further diagnostic evaluation.Team Collaboration :
Collaborate with nurses, specialists, and other healthcare professionals.Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and case discussions.Provide consultative services to other healthcare providers.Quality Improvement :
Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives.Review and analyze clinical outcomes for continuous improvement.Implement changes to enhance patient care and safety.Compliance :

Qualifications
A valid and unrestricted California medical licenseBoard eligible or board certified in specified area of medical specialty (ABMS or AOA)Completion of an accredited post-graduate training programPay Range
$320.275 - $358.569 / hour
