The Staff Accountant is responsible for the advanced reconciliations and functions of the accounting department. They are responsible for month-end journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations and detailed reporting for the CFO.

Essential Functions

Provide and complete reporting to upper management & CFO

Produce Income Statement Analytics & research discrepancies

Prepare Month end Journal Entries

Responsible for Balance Sheet reconciliations

Additional reporting & tasks delegated by Accounting Manager, Controller or CFO

Complete audit requests for year end and quarterly audits

Analyze monthly financial statements

Required Education and Experience :

Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance

ERP system experience a plus

1-2 years' experience as Staff Accountant

Military service will be considered in lieu of education / certification experience as applicable.
