KVC Missouri Residential Treatment Center - Columbia, MO
Pay : $34-$40 per hour + shift premiums + $5,000 Retention Bonus
Full-time, Part-time & PRN opportunities available
Shifts Available :
- Days (7AM to 7PM)
- Evenings (3PM to 11PM)
Shift Premiums :
- Weekday PM : Monday through Friday - $3 per hour
- Weekend AM : Friday through Monday - $3 per hour
- Weekend PM : Friday through Monday - $5 per hour
As a KVC Missouri RN, you will provide immediate, routine and emergency care for children in a Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility setting.
KVC Missouri’s Residential Treatment program offers therapeutic services in a 24 / 7-supervised facility for children and teenagers with acute emotional and behavioral challenges.
- Clients range from ages 6 20 years old.
- Dealing with acute emotional and behavior issues
- Struggling to maintain safety and stability in a less restrictive environment.
Education :
Associates Degree
Licensure / Certifications :
Registered Nurse License in the State of Missouri
Your responsibilities will include :
- Providing immediate, routine, and emergency healthcare services.
- Collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
- Monitoring and assessing patients' physical and emotional well-being.
- Ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment for residents.
- Educating patients and their families about their conditions and treatment plans.
