What You'll Do : Provide professional customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and around the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity. Monitor entrances, exits, and key areas within the site to observe and report any irregularities or suspicious behavior. Assist with crowd management and support retail staff as needed during peak hours or special events. Document and report security-related incidents and / or concerns according to company and client procedures. Work collaboratively with Allied Universal team members and site personnel to maintain a welcoming and secure environment for all occupants. Minimum Requirements : Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
