What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients and visitors at retail locations by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain a secure environment.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to help deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns.

Observe and report any security-related irregularities or suspicious activity in and around the premises.

Collaborate with retail staff and management to address security-related issues and support a welcoming environment for customers.

Assist in controlling access to restricted areas in accordance with site guidelines.

Follow Allied Universal's protocols and procedures while maintaining a professional presence at all times.

Minimum Requirements :

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
