Senior K-12 Adoptions Specialist

A company is looking for a Senior Adoptions Specialist to lead strategic efforts in K-12 instructional materials adoptions and RFPs.

Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic planning for adoption and RFP cycles, identifying growth opportunities

Review and approve proposals and curriculum standards to ensure compliance with policies

Manage adoption project workflows and facilitate cross-functional team meetings

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in education project / program management, preferably in K-12 adoptions

Strong organizational and leadership skills for managing complex projects

Deep understanding of compliance standards and adoption workflows

Proficiency in project management software and data-driven decision-making

Familiarity with educational technology and assessment strategies
