About the Role

As an Event Assistant / Event Team Member , youll be at the center of each event helping with setup, coordination, and guest interaction. Youll ensure every event runs smoothly while representing our brand and clients with professionalism and enthusiasm.

No two days are the same! Youll gain hands-on experience in event coordination, hospitality, marketing, and customer service , all while working with a supportive team that knows how to have fun while getting things done.

Responsibilities

Greet and engage guests with a friendly, upbeat attitude.

Assist with event setup, logistics, and on-site coordination .

Promote event experiences, products, or services with enthusiasm.

Provide excellent customer service and answer guest questions.

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth event flow.

Support event breakdown and cleanup once the event wraps up.

Qualifications

Previous experience in events, hospitality, customer service, or retail is a plus (but not required!).
