Oracle HCM Solutions Architect

A company is looking for a Solutions Architect specializing in HCM Time and Labor.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with the implementation of the Oracle HCM Time and Labor module

Organize and execute testing while managing the system integrator's development efforts

Provide hands-on support as needed during the implementation process

Required Qualifications

Deep knowledge of the Oracle HCM Time and Labor module

Experience in Oracle HCM configuration and testing execution

Experience managing a system integrator or implementation partner

Understanding of the connection between Time and Labor module and time clocks in manufacturing facilities

Familiarity with Accu-Time's TimeCom platform and Oracle HCM Web Clock feature is desirable
