About the Role

Were looking for a Safety Manager that will direct, lead, oversee, and coordinate the execution of the companys safety program and assists with various risk and compliance matters, including claims and field operational risks. This position is based at RNGD Headquarters in New Orleans and provides support to the Health and Safety department at active construction sites throughout the Southeast region. The role requires a balanced focus of 50% office-based responsibilities and 50% field presence, with travel required to project sites as needed.

Core Responsibilities

• Safety Program Leadership

Develop, implement, and maintain project-specific Safety Plans, Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), and Risk Assessments.

Develop, administer, facilitate, and track all safety-related training for employees, subcontractors, and supervision.

Conduct regular job-site visits to assess compliance, identify hazards, and drive continuous improvement.

Analyze safety performance data and identify trends for improvement.
