Systems Analyst

A Systems Analyst wanted by Formosa Plastics Corporation, U.S.A. in Livingston, New Jersey.

Job duties :

• Analyze and maintain system performance, business procedures and complex problems to automate or improve existing systems in systems development life cycle (SDLC) methodology.
• Responsible for the maintenance of the accounting and financial database systems by using IBM AS / 400.
• Responsible for the upkeep and integrity of the existing ERP Systems and design database tables using relational data model in compliance with security authorization and privacy requirements.
• Test and maintain SQL Stored Procedures, Views, Functions, database data modelling for SQL server, IBM databases or other relational databases.
• Improve application and supporting systems to meet team and department goals.
• Coordinate with other systems analysts to ensure data consistency and integrity on IBM AS / 400 ERP system for accounting and financial database systems.
• Perform data integration across systems to ensure consistency, accuracy, and availability of information between platforms.
• Work with Business Analyst to gather and analyze functional requirements, conduct cost-benefit analysis, network and web analysis, and develop technical designs for web and ERP system.
• Migrate and test IBM AS / 400 ERP system to web-based ERP system in modern web technologies such as ASP.NET, HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, MSSQL etc.
• Utilize Visio to map out system architecture and relationships between tables such as entity-relationship model and enhanced entity-relationship model.

Salary : $80,600.00
