About The Role

As a senior leader reporting directly to the CFO, you will drive high-impact projects that have company-wide impact across Flex. You will be directly leading the Strategic Finance team, a critical department that drives financial predictability, ROI maximization, and informed strategic decision-making across the organization. You will be serving as the connective tissue between internal business operations and key internal and external stakeholders - including the executive leadership team, board of directors, and investors - to ensure alignment between financial outcomes and company strategy. This position is ideal for a seasoned Finance professional who excels in big-picture strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and process optimization.

This is a hybrid position with on-site expectations of 3 days per week in our New York Headquarters. For candidates outside of the NY / NJ area, you may be eligible for our relocation assistance program.

What You'll Do

Leadership & Partnership

• Serve as the CFO's senior deputy and thought partner on all aspects of strategic and operational finance
• Lead, grow and optimize our strategic finance team with high degrees of analytical rigor, cross-functional collaboration and a broad skill set combining finance, data, and strategy
• Partner cross-functionally with business, product, and operations leaders to translate strategy into financial and operational goals

Key Qualifications

The compensation range for this role will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and Flex's internal leveling guidelines and benchmarks. For working locations in NY / NJ / CA, the base salary pay range will be $288,000 - $305,000.
