An established law firm is seeking a skilled Commercial Real Estate Attorney.

Responsibilities :

Draft, review, and negotiate real estate agreements and closing documents.

Conduct title and survey analysis.

Review commercial leases and prepare lease abstracts.

Maintain client communication and accurate matter files.

Assist with corporate and partnership agreements as needed.

Qualifications :

J.D. degree and licensed to practice in Texas.

2-5 years of commercial real estate experience.

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
