Our client is looking for a Business Analyst / Technical Analyst at New York, NY (Hybrid) It's a Long Term Contract opportunity.

Location : New York, NY (Hybrid 3 days onsite 2 days remote per week)

Job description :

• 5 years of experience in ECM or CCM domains preferably in a technology analyst or business analyst role.
• Hands on experience or working knowledge of IBM FileNet P8, IBM Datacap, Opentext Exstream, Smart Communications or Quadient.
• Strong understanding of document capture workflows and metadata modeling.
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA Confluence or Azure DevOps.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail.
