As a Security Officer - Industrial Patrol in San Antonio, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and support a secure environment for everyone on site. Your responsibilities include conducting routine patrols, remaining visible throughout the property, and delivering top-notch customer service and communication. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including responding to emergencies as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, applying knowledge of site policies.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including the business premises and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity.

Monitor access points and observe for unusual activity, reporting any concerns in accordance with Allied Universal guidelines.

Collaborate with site personnel to support a secure environment and address any security-related issues.

Complete incident reports and required documentation accurately and promptly as directed by Allied Universal protocols.

Minimum Requirements :

A guard card and / or license is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
