Job description

About the team

Follow Up Boss (FUB) is the leading CRM for real estate teams, trusted by over 70% of the top 50 teams in the U.S. As part of Zillow Group, our team is focused on building innovative solutions that help agents close more deals with less effort and deliver exceptional client service. We are dedicated to creating the best CRM in real estate and are investing in the next chapter of growth and customer success.

About the role

As Principal Product Manager, you will define and drive the future of platform integration between Follow Up Boss and Zillow. You'll lead the evolution of our two-way sync into a seamless, deeply integrated experience, solving real platform challenges like reducing onboarding friction, improving data reliability, and streamlining agent identity. Your work will empower top-producing real estate teams to focus on serving their clients by replacing legacy complexity with smart, scalable infrastructure.

You Will Get To

  • Lead the strategy and execution of our platform integration with Zillow, collaborating closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across product, engineering, customer success, and business operations to simplify complex agent workflows and improve the agent experience.
  • Develop and manage the product roadmap based on company objectives, partner and customer insights, industry trends, and technology landscape.
  • Translate complex technical requirements and business constraints into clear, long-term product direction for cross-functional teams.
  • Define and use product metrics to guide business decisions, identify opportunities, and assess performance.
  • Communicate proactively with key stakeholders and senior leaders to ensure visibility, alignment, and momentum on high-impact initiatives.

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. "Remote" employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.

In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington state, and Washington DC the standard base pay range for this role is $173,300.00 - $276,800.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington state, and Washington DC and may not be applicable to other locations.

In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.

Who you are

  • 8+ years of experience in product management or equivalent, with a focus on platform, APIs, data systems, or complex integrations.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver infrastructure or backend-driven initiatives that support customer-facing experiences.
  • Strong systems thinker with a talent for simplifying and re-architecting complex workflows.
  • Skilled at navigating technical tradeoffs with engineering and aligning them to product strategy.
  • Analytical, curious, and comfortable working with data to form hypotheses and drive decisions.
  • Excellent communicator, able to produce clear documentation, strategy briefs, and stakeholder updates.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment with high autonomy and accountability.
  • Experience with CRM platforms, lead routing systems, or tools for real estate agents is a plus.
  • Here at Zillow, we value the experience and perspective of candidates with non-traditional backgrounds. We encourage you to apply if you have transferable skills or related experiences.
