About the Role
Our client in Collierville, TN is seeking a IT Support Technician to join their team. This role is ideal for individuals with a foundational understanding of access control systems and a passion for troubleshooting and maintaining security technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform troubleshooting and maintenance of Lenel access control systems .
- Support SailPoint imaging processes for identity and access management.
- Handle badge provisioning for employees and contractors.
- Diagnose and resolve access control issues promptly to ensure system integrity.
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain compliance with security protocols.
- Document all maintenance and troubleshooting activities accurately.
