Business Development Manager

A construction and project management firm is seeking a Business Development Manager by identifying new client business opportunities in its Honolulu office.

Your Day Includes

• Identifying potential clients and projects

• Developing firm workload forecasts

• Making direct contacts with leads and prospects

• Tracking and maintaining client and project leads

• Preparing formal presentations and contract proposals

Must Haves

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline

• 2-5 years of business development, sales, or marketing experience

• Experience in the AEC industry

• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
