We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Writer to join our team in Bristol, Connecticut. In this long-term contract role, you will contribute to optimizing internal processes and tools while documenting technical standards and creating clear, impactful presentations for diverse audiences. This position requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution to enhance organizational workflows and communication, ensuring efficiency and clarity across all operations.

Responsibilities :

• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including style guides, technical standards, and knowledge-based articles.
• Collaborate with engineers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather accurate information and validate use cases.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear and accessible materials tailored for executive and technical audiences.
• Evaluate and improve internal workflows and processes to enhance operational efficiency.
• Develop and deliver presentations that effectively communicate technical and business insights.
• Review and edit documents for clarity, consistency, and adherence to established style guidelines.
• Apply visualization techniques to present data and information in an engaging and understandable format.
• Actively engage with internal teams and customers to identify challenges and propose practical solutions.
• Ensure all documentation aligns with company standards and supports agile methodologies.
• Monitor and address feedback to continuously refine tools, processes, and communication materials.
• Proven experience in technical writing and documentation, including maintaining style guides.
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with visualization techniques and tools to present information effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze workflows and implement process improvements.
• Proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve high-quality outcomes.
• Experience delivering presentations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and lean principles.
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline is preferred.
