Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Operating Room evening shift position requiring an OK or compact RN license and ACLS / BLS certifications.

Responsibilities

  • Work in the Operating Room of a hospital
  • Charge position on the evening shift, Monday through Friday, 3 : 00pm to 11 : 00pm
  • No on-call requirements
  • EPIC charting experience is preferred
  • First-time travelers will be considered for this position
  • No travel pairs or group submissions are accepted
  • Maximum of 3 days of requested time off will be auto-approved, and no time off is permitted during the first week of orientation

    • Requirements

  • Active OK or compact RN license required at time of consideration
  • Current ACLS and BLS certifications required
  • 1-2 years of Operating Room RN experience required
  • EPIC EMR experience preferred but not required
  • Local candidates within 50 miles are not accepted
  • Former permanent staff must have at least 1 year separation before returning as a traveler
