MACHINE OPERATOR BASICS

Pay : You'll earn a competitive wage of $14.50 - $16.50 / hour .

Schedule : You'll work from 2 : 30 pm to 11 : 00 pm with overtime available.

WHAT YOU'LL DO AS OUR MACHINE OPERATOR

• Accurately set up and operate machinery according to specifications
• Monitor machinery performance and make adjustments to ensure optimal functioning
• Inspect finished products for quality control
• Routinely maintain and clean the machinery
• Troubleshoot mechanical problems and escalate major issues as needed
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date production records
• Follow all safety procedures and company protocols and coordinate with your team to meet production goals

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to read and interpret manuals and technical documents
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift 50 lbs., and work in loud, dusty manufacturing environments in varying temperatures
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Basic math and measuring skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety
• High school degree or equivalent
• Willingness to work flexible hours with overtime and weekends as needed
• PREFERRED - Experience as a machine operator or in a manufacturing environment
