Trilon is a holding company that buys and builds market-leading engineering services companies organized through different platform end markets and geographies. Trilon Platform Partner Presidents are responsible for the overall outcome of their respective companies by driving internal collaboration, hiring / mentoring / retaining all-star leaders, and owning organic and inorganic growth – all in partnership with the Trilon Corporate and Platform Teams.

The Platform Partner President is a key leadership role that is directly responsible for managing the business in partnership with the Platform with which it’s aligned. This role leads all aspects of the company’s strategy and performance, including culture, engagement, business development, and communication with external constituencies. The objective of the position is to build the Company into one of the premier businesses in the Trilon Group as measured by financial performance and growth in backlog, revenue, and EBITDA. The President will leverage top talent, technology, and targeted M&A to grow the Waggoner’s footprint and market share.

Your Primary Responsibilities will include

Strategic Leadership : understand and lead in alignment with the vision of the Trilon Platform.

• Set the strategic direction of the business, making major corporate decisions and managing the overall operations and resources of the Company.
• Actively lead and grow the Company while collaborating with other platform companies and the Trilon Group to develop and execute initiatives aimed at accelerating growth in bookings, net revenue, and earnings.
• Drive integration and actionable growth plans for Add-On M&A opportunities.

Fiscal Management : ensure the business exceeds or meets annual and quarterly financial targets.

Business Development : maintain clear alignment with the strategic direction of the Platform and Trilon Group in pursuit of strategic clients, wallet share expansion, application of technology, cross-selling, and targeted M&A.

Company and Culture Champion : maintain high engagement and eNPS scores across the Company.

Communication : communicate on behalf of the company with employees, clients, government entities and officials, and the public.
