We are looking for a Senior Operations Lead to support our Managed Service Provider (MSP) contract within the Public Sector. Our team provides cleared resources with a global reach to federal civilian, Department of Defense (DoD), and intelligence community markets. What will you be doing?

Operations Lead for a classified Intelligence Community Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment supporting the government industry partners. WWT's Managed Service Provider (MSP) Operations oversight includes the WWT Chantilly Office | SCIF, MSP Security | Service Operations Center (SOC 2), MSP Data Halls, Facility | Program Security functions, and Logistics function. Responsible for delivering daily program and personnel oversight and leadership for all team members and customers relying on these critical program functions.

Responsibilities :

• Work with Sr. Management on operations budget, direction, projects, and resources.
• Overlook workloads, monitor performance, make recommendations to optimize team.
• Provide subject matter expertise on solutions, toolsets, and best practices.
• Lead effort for standing up Services | Security Operation Center (SOC 2) in all phases.
• Oversee daily operations of the service center to ensure seamless workflows and efficiency.
• Lead the develop and implementation of ServiceNow for MSP to include an automated Tiered solution for incident management.
• Develop scripts and workflows in favor of automated solutions.
• Develop an effective working relationship with MSP NOC and customers operations centers.
• Provide support to the MSP Program Manager and MSP Service Delivery Manager.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct Technical Exchange Meetings.
• Ensure Change and Configuration Management are executed to protect Program baseline.
• Generate white papers, design documents, best practice configurations, and test procedures.
• Execute testing to validate system performance IAW the developed test plan and criteria.
• Assist security IA team to mitigate vulnerabilities and provide audit results for security incidents.
• Assist where needed to keep the overall program successful.

Requirements :

Projected salary range : $175,000 to $225,000 annually.
