The primary objective of the Systems Administrator is to maintain essential IT operations, including but not limited to network and systems infrastructure, backup and disaster recovery, end-user access to applications and data, and desktop support. The role involves owning projects, solutions, and key responsibilities within larger business initiatives. The candidate will partner with internal and external resources to communicate project status, activities, and achievements.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain essential IT operations including network and systems infrastructure, backup and disaster recovery, end-user access, and desktop support.
• Own projects, solutions, and responsibilities within larger initiatives.
• Partner with resources to communicate project status and achievements.
• Administer and maintain VMware vCenter server infrastructure, physical server infrastructure, enterprise SAN, and enterprise Backup & DR systems.
• Manage lifecycle of technological debt.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows Server OS.
• Configure LANs, WANs, VLAN, and VPN environments.
• Create and maintain AD, ADFS, AAD, Group Policy, and NTFS / DFS permissions.
• Assist with Helpdesk triage.
