Job Profile

JOB SUMMARY :

To provide patient care and technical skills in the operation of Interventional Radiology (IR) equipment for diagnostic and evaluation purposes.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :

Education / Specialized Training / Licensure : Must be a graduate of a JRCERT accredited program; Valid MRT license by Texas Medical Board (TMB) required; Certification in Vascular-Interventional Radiography by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) preferred; Current CPR certification

Work Experience (Years and Area) : 2 years staff IR Technologist

Equipment Operated : IR equipment, PACS, RIS and related clinical equipment
