Key Responsibilities

Review and verify the accuracy of Closing Disclosures and Loan Estimates

Ensure timely completion and delivery of loan disclosures while maintaining compliance with regulatory deadlines

Collaborate with team members to improve the closing process and maintain detailed records of communications

Required Qualifications

Experienced in mortgage compliance regulations for various loan programs

Familiar with Loan Origination Systems, preferably Encompass

Proficient in Microsoft Office and related technology tools

Able to self-direct and thrive in a fast-paced environment

High school diploma or equivalent required
