Licensed Mortgage Closer

A company is looking for a Closer responsible for preparing mortgage closing documents and ensuring accuracy in communication and compliance.

Key Responsibilities :

Prepare and ensure accuracy of mortgage closing documents while following federal and state requirements

Communicate with internal staff and settlement agents to resolve closing issues promptly

Maintain a closing pipeline and deliver complete closed loan files within specified timeframes

Required Qualifications :

5 years' experience in preparing mortgage loan closing documents, preferred

Knowledge of multiple investors' closing policies and procedures

Familiarity with RESPA, TILA, Fair Lending, Flood, and state laws and regulations, preferred

Experience with Encompass software, preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
